Terms of Service

OKfmt provides free online file format conversion with no account registration. Current limits are 50MB per file and 30 files per batch. Limits may be adjusted with capacity; the values shown on each tool page prevail.

You must not upload content that violates applicable laws or regulations, files that infringe the copyrights, portrait rights, or other legitimate rights of others, or files you know to contain malicious code.

You must not make automated high-frequency calls to the service endpoints, circumvent limits, or otherwise abuse computing resources. OKfmt may refuse to process requests that violate these rules.

Copyright and related rights in uploaded files remain with you or the original rights holders. OKfmt performs format conversion solely at your instruction, claims no rights over file content, and uses files for no other purpose. Files are deleted immediately after conversion; nothing is retained.

Conversion executes faithfully according to the parameters you select. Encoding capabilities differ objectively across formats, and lossy conversion entails quality trade-offs; such outcomes are properties of the formats, not service defects. Oversized, unusually encoded, or corrupted source files may fail, and the page will return the specific error.

The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. OKfmt is not liable for service interruptions caused by network failures, maintenance, or force majeure, nor for losses arising from user error. Keep your own copies of important files before conversion.

Amendments take effect upon publication on this page; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance. Questions about these terms can be submitted through the official channel listed on the contact page.
