MP4 (H.264/AAC) is the most compatible video container, playable on every browser, phone and TV. This group transcodes nine video containers plus GIF animation to MP4 โ 9 directions covering legacy formats from dashcams, surveillance recorders and old courseware.
Video is encoded as H.264 with yuv420p pixel format and faststart enabled for progressive web playback. The quality parameter (1-100) maps to CRF constant-quality levels. Width scaling (up to 1920px), frame rate 5-60 and segment trimming are supported; source duration is capped at 10 minutes.
