Include the tool name, browser and version, source file format and size, and the full error message shown on the page. Reproducible steps significantly shorten the diagnosis time.
Format support requests
State the source format, target format, and typical use case. Evaluation criteria include the openness of the format, availability of server-side decoding libraries, and the scale of user demand.
Feature suggestions
Parameter and interaction improvements within existing tools are welcome. Editing features beyond format conversion, such as background removal or upscaling, are outside the service roadmap.
Content corrections
If a guide article contains inaccurate data or wording, include the article URL and the specific paragraph. Verified corrections ship in the next content update cycle.
