About merging images into a PDF

Merging images into one PDF is a common delivery need: receipt photos for reimbursement, design drafts packaged for review, scanned ID documents combined for submission. Sending images one by one loses ordering and is hard to flip through; a single PDF carries page order and a uniform reading experience.

This tool places each image on its own page in the exact order you arrange. JPG and PNG data embeds directly with no recompression โ€” pixels are bit-identical to the source; WebP, AVIF, GIF, TIFF, SVG, BMP and ICO are normalized through lossless PNG first. EXIF orientation from phone photos corrects automatically, so portrait shots never land sideways.

By default each page sizes to its image; choose A4 or Letter to fit every image centered inside a fixed sheet with 0-20mm margins, ready for printing. Merge up to 30 images per run, 50MB each.

FAQ about Images to PDF Merger

Does image quality drop after merging?

No. JPG and PNG bytes embed directly into the PDF with no re-encoding โ€” quality is identical to the source. Other formats (WebP, AVIF and so on) convert to lossless PNG first, equally lossless.

Can I mix formats? How many images at most?

Yes. JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, TIFF, SVG, BMP and ICO mix freely, up to 30 images per merge and 50MB per image. Animated GIFs contribute their first frame only.

How is the page order determined?

The output PDF follows the file list order exactly. After uploading, use the move-up and move-down buttons in the list to reorder โ€” the first image becomes page one.

What is the A4/Letter option for?

In default mode each page matches its image dimensions, ideal for on-screen reading. With A4 or Letter selected, every image scales proportionally and centers on a fixed sheet with 0-20mm margins โ€” a uniform layout suited to printing or formal submission.
