About PNG to JPG conversion
PNG was released in 1996, uses DEFLATE lossless compression. JPG was released by the JPEG organization in 1992, uses DCT lossy compression. PNG files are generally larger in size, and this conversion is for storage and distribution scenarios that have size requirements.
After conversion, file size is reduced. The original alpha channel of PNG will be converted to a solid color background, and 48-bit color depth will be reduced to the standard color depth supported by JPG. Adjusting JPG compression parameters directly affects the final file size and the level of preserved image detail.
This tool can be used to convert PNG design files into web images, and can also be used for preprocessing images for social platform uploads. Converted files can be opened normally on all versions of operating systems and all image editing software.

FAQ about PNG → JPG
Will image quality change after conversion
Conversion will cause quality loss. PNG uses lossless compression while JPG uses lossy compression. Original details preserved in PNG will be lost due to the JPG compression algorithm after conversion.
Will the alpha channel be preserved
The alpha channel will not be preserved. The JPG format itself does not support alpha channel storage. Transparent areas of the input PNG will be filled with a solid color background by default during conversion.
What is the single file size limit
The maximum single file size is 50MB. Only one file can be converted per conversion. This service is free of charge, outputs watermark-free files, and can be used without account registration.
Will my files be stored
Files will not be stored. Files are uploaded to the server via HTTPS for conversion. After conversion is complete, the server immediately deletes both the source file and the output file, and retains no copies of any files.
